About me
My work focuses on understanding the way people and organizations operate, interact, and grow within demanding and constantly evolving environments.
For more than 17 years, I worked in the pharmaceutical industry in positions of responsibility, collaborating with individuals and teams both locally and internationally.
Throughout this journey, I was exposed to different ways of thinking, demanding professional environments, pressure, and change. At the same time, I came to understand the more human side of work: relationships, the need for recognition, uncertainty, growth, and both personal and professional transitions.
This experience helped me realize how profoundly human behavior, relationships, and leadership influence the functioning, culture, and progress of an organization.
My passion for learning and my desire to deepen my understanding of people have been reflected both in my academic background and in the professional path I chose to follow.
I studied Biology at the University of Patras and continued with postgraduate studies in Health Management at the University of Piraeus.
Over time, I developed a deeper interest in understanding how people grow, relate, lead, and make decisions.
This led me to coaching, mentoring, and adult education through certified and internationally recognized programs of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in Coaching and Executive Coaching & Mentoring (AC Accredited), Talent Management, and Adult Education.
Throughout my personal and professional journey, there were several moments when I had to change direction without always having all the answers or the certainty I would have wanted.
This path helped me understand how difficult — but also how important — it is for someone to listen more clearly to themselves amidst expectations, responsibilities, and external demands.
I believe that people and organizations hold far greater potential than they often recognize.
What we need most is greater clarity, meaningful dialogue, and the ability to recognize more clearly what truly matters to us and to the organizations we belong to.
Today, I work as a mentor, coach, and trainer, supporting individuals, teams, and organizations through coaching, mentoring, and development interventions.
I am a Senior Professional Member of the Hellenic Institute of Coaching (H.I.C.).

Η επαγγελματική και προσωπική μου διαδρομή μου έχει προσφέρει βαθιά κατανόηση της ανθρώπινης πολυπλοκότητας και των προκλήσεων που χαρακτηρίζουν τη σύγχρονη ζωή και εργασία.
Με οδήγησε να βλέπω τον άνθρωπο ως σύνολο και όχι αποσπασματικά ή μέσα από έναν μόνο ρόλο. Οι επαγγελματικές επιλογές και οι μεταβάσεις ζωής αλληλεπιδρούν και επηρεάζουν τον τρόπο που σκεφτόμαστε, αποφασίζουμε και στεκόμαστε απέναντι στις αλλαγές.
Σήμερα εργάζομαι ως mentor, coach και trainer, υποστηρίζοντας ανθρώπους σε φάσεις εξέλιξης, αλλαγής και επαναπροσδιορισμού.
Προκαλείται η σκέψη, ενθαρρύνεται ο ουσιαστικός διάλογος και υποστηρίζονται συνειδητές επιλογές, με σεβασμό τόσο στο επαγγελματικό πλαίσιο όσο και στη συνολική εμπειρία ζωής του ανθρώπου.
Εκεί ξεκινά η εξέλιξη με κατεύθυνση και ουσία.
